摘要 针对邢东矿2228工作面大倾角仰采工作面综采设备配套问题,分析研究了支架、皮带运输机以及转载机的结构,制定了设备改造方案。实践表明,经过改造后的支架、皮带运输机以及转载机,整体结构设计配套性能良好,整机运行平稳,各个动作连贯一致,解决了邢东矿长期以来大倾角仰采工作面软底板造成的一系列问题,解决了转载机无法配套自移装置的难题,为煤矿高效生产创造了良好的条件。 In view of the matching problem of fully mechanized mining equipment for large dip angle mining face of 2228 working face in Xingdong Mine,the structure of support,belt conveyor and transfer machine was analyzed and the equipment transformation plan was formulated.Practice showed that after transformation of the support,belt conveyor and transfer machine,the overall structural design and supporting performance was good,the whole machine ran smoothly,and the actions were consistent,which solved the problem caused by the soft floor of the Xingdong Mine for a long time,solving the problem of transfer machine could not be equipped with a self-moving device,creating favorable conditions for efficient production of coal mines.
