摘要
介绍了高校办公室管理工作应有的意识形态:大局意识、服务意识、目标意识、责任意识、形象意识、规范意识、效率意识。分析了高校办公室管理存在的问题:对工作职能的认识不清析;管理理念和制度落后;人员能力参差不齐;信息化、智能化程度不够。提出了合理的优化创新策略:更新管理理念和制度,提高协调能力,提高办公自动化水平,加强信息网络安全管理,提高工作人员的素质、能力、信息化水平,以期能对高校办公室管理工作进行优化。
This paper introduces the ideologies of office management in colleges: general situation consciousness,service consciousness,goal consciousness,responsibility consciousness,image consciousness,normative consciousness and efficiency consciousness. It analyses the problems existing in office management in colleges: unclear understanding of work functions,backward management concepts and systems,uneven ability of personnel,insufficient informatization and intellectualization. It puts forward reasonable optimization and innovation strategies: renewing management concepts and systems,improving coordination ability,improving the level of office automation,strengthening information network security management,improving the quality,ability and information level of staff,hoping to optimize the office management in colleges.
