摘要
从我国承接国际产业转移的国际贸易和吸收FDI两条基本路径出发,探究国际产业转移对我国产业结构转变的影响具有重要现实意义。在利用主成分分析法和泰尔指数对产业结构高级化和合理化程度进行测度的基础上,选用面板平滑门限回归模型实证分析国际产业转移对产业结构升级非线性影响的特征。结果表明:国际产业转移是产业结构升级的有效途径,而产业结构升级的门限效应形成主因则在于区域差异与发展失衡。现阶段中国在推动产业结构升级和优化产业布局过程中,要大力发展生产性服务业,促进承接国际产业转移区域的结构优化和价值链攀升,也要注重承接国际产业转移区域的均衡发展。
Starting from the two basic paths of international trade and FDI absorption,this paper explores the non-linear relationship between international industrial transfer and upgrading of China's industrial structure.On the basis of principal component analysis and Taylor index to measure the degree of industrial structure upgrading and rationalization,panel smoothing threshold regression(PSTR)model is used to empirically study the non-linear impact of international industrial transfer on industrial structure.The results show that international industrial transfer is an effective way to optimize and upgrade industrial structure,and imbalance in development and regional differences are the main reasons for the threshold effect of industrial structure.At present,in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and optimizing industrial layout,China should vigorously develop producer services,promote the value chain of undertaking international industrial transfer,and also pay attention to the balanced regional development of undertaking international industrial transfer.
