摘要
由噬血细胞综合征(hemophagocytic syndrome, HPS)合并大B淋巴瘤所致肝衰竭较罕见,该病发展迅速,死亡率极高,易误诊,现报道1例希望对此疾病有所认识。
Liver failure caused by hemophagocytic syndrome (HPS) combined with large B lymphoma is rare. The disease develops rapidly and the mortality rate is very high. It is easy to be misdiagnosed. One case was reported in this article.
