摘要
精细化管理的提出对各行业的发展都是比较适用的,尤其是近年来随着各行业的竞争激烈,企业若想在激烈市场竞争中获得一席之地,就必须加强其管理,利用科学有效的管理方式提高工作效率,完善质量。建筑施工作业行业作为国民经济建设的基础,更是要充分发挥精细化的管理方式来提高解决施工作业中所存在的问题。下面文章则重点从精细化管理的角度进行分析,希望通过文章的论述可以为建筑行业的发展以及相关同仁做参考,进而为建筑行业的发展提供保障。
The proposal of fine management is more suitable for the development of various industries. With the fierce competition in various industries especially in recent years, enterprises must strengthen their management, make use of scientific and effective management to improve work efficiency and quality, if they want to get a leading place in the fierce market competition. As the basis of national economic construction, the construction industry should give full play to the fine management mode so as to solve the problems existing in the construction operation. The following article focuses on the analysis from the perspective of fine management, in the hope that the discussion can be used as a reference for the development of the construction industry and related colleagues, and then provide a guarantee for the development of the construction industry.
