活性碳纤维有机废气回收技术在清洁生产中的运用 被引量:3

摘要 有机废气具有来源广、危害大、处理难度高等特点,不仅对环境造成了直接破坏,而且还会对人体健康安全带来严重危害。近年来,关于有机废气回收处理的相关技术不断发展,常用的技术方法有生物法、吸附法、燃烧法等几种。其中,活性炭纤维吸附作为现阶段应用最广、技术最成熟的有机废气回收技术,具有易于操作、可重复利用、吸附率高等优点,符合当前行业内提倡的清洁环保理念。文章首先对有机废气的主要危害和当前主流处理技术进行了概述,随后就活性炭纤维吸附有机废气的设备组成、技术要点等展开了简要分析。 Organic waste gas has the characteristics of wide source, great harm, high treatment difficulty and so on. It not only causes direct damage to the environment, but also brings serious harm to human health and safety. In recent years, the related technologies of organic waste gas recovery and treatment have been continuously developed. The commonly used technical methods are biological method, adsorption method, combustion method and so on. Among them, activated carbon fiber adsorption, as the most widely used and mature organic waste gas recovery technology at the present stage, has the advantages of easy operation, reusable, high adsorption rate and so on, which is in line with the concept of clean and environmental protection advocated in the current industry. In this paper, the main harm of organic waste gas and the current mainstream treatment technology are summarized, and then the equipment composition and technical points of activated carbon fiber adsorption of organic waste gas are briefly analyzed.
