超声波辅助碱提取福建黄花梨皮多糖工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过选取福建黄花梨皮为原材料,采用超声波辅助碱提取的方法提取福建黄花梨皮中的多糖,运用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量。首先通过单因素试验,研究各单因素:超声波提取温度、超声波处理时间、氢氧化钠碱液浓度、料液比对多糖提取率的影响,再利用L_9(3~4)进行正交设计试验。研究结果表明,福建黄花梨皮中多糖提取的最优工艺参数:超声波提取温度为45℃,超声波处理时间为60 min,氢氧化钠浓度0. 2 mol/L,料液比1∶40,在此条件下多糖的提取率可以达到57. 76%。 In this study,the pear peel of Fujian Huanghua was selected as the raw material. The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method,and the polysaccharides in the peel of Fujian Huanghua pear were extracted by ultrasonic assisted alkali extraction. First,through single factor test,the effects of ultrasonic extraction temperature,ultrasonic treatment time,sodium hydroxide concentration and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were studied. And then L9( 34) was used to carry out orthogonal design experiments. The results showed that the optimum extraction parameters of polysaccharide from the skin of Fujian Huanghua pear were as follows: the ultrasonic extraction temperature was 45 ℃,the ultrasonic treatment time was 60 min,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 0. 2 mol/L,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶ 40 The extraction rate of polysaccharide could reach 57. 76% under this condition.
