摘要
目的观察糖皮质激素联合霉酚酸酯治疗结缔组织病相关性肺间质病变的临床疗效。方法选取临床收治的结缔组织病相关性肺间质病变患者32例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组16例。观察组采用糖皮质激素联合霉酚酸酯治疗,对照组采用糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察两组治疗前后的临床相关指标变化及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者治疗后90天、180天、365天,FVC、FEV1均优于治疗前,P<0.05,观察组指标高于对照组,P<0.05;两组治疗后,观察组ESR低于对照组,P<0.05。结论糖皮质激素联合霉酚酸酯治疗结缔组织病相关性肺间质病变效果显著,值得进一步推广。
Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with mycophenolate or cyclophosphamide in the treatment of connective tissue disease related interstitial lung disease.Methods 32 patients with connective tissue disease related interstitial lung disease were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,16 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with mycophenolate,while the control group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide.The changes of clinical indicators before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 90,180 and 365 days after treatment,FVC and FEV1 in both groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ESR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with mycophenolate have good effect in the treatment of connective tissue disease related interstitial lung disease,which is worthy of popularization.
