摘要
为解决配电网小电流接地选线问题,对配电网小电流接地情况下的中性点电压偏移轨迹进行了详细分析,建立了配电网接地选线开关阵记录接地变电站母线的馈线出线开关模型,并依据该模型和优先级规则生成了馈线开关拉路序列表以描述一条母线上各个馈线出线开关的分闸动作顺序。最后,依靠配电网接地选线开关阵和馈线开关拉路序列表给出了一种基于多源信息融合的配电网小电流接地选线方法。实例分析表明该方法对配电网小电流接地选线具有较好的适应性。
In order to solve the problem of the non-solidly earthed distribution feeder selection, the neutral point voltage offset trajectory in the case of small current grounding of distribution network is analyzed in detail and distribution network grounding switch matrix in the distribution network is established. According to this model, the feeder switch open sequence table is established to describe the sequence of opening action of each feeder outlet switch on a busbar. Based on multi-source information fusion, a non-solidly earthed distribution feeder selection method based on multi-source information fusion is proposed. The case study shows that this method has good adaptability to the non-solidly earthed distribution feeder selection.
