摘要
滨海沉积区富水、地质条件复杂,特大桥超长桩基施工中,需要解决钻进成孔、终孔条件判定、超重钢筋笼吊运就位及套筒连接安装、超深导管下料桩身质量控制等施工技术难题。基于对汕头东海岸新城沉积区新津河特大型独塔斜拉桥超长桩基施工技术的研究,提出并实施冲孔嵌岩桩穿越软基层快速成孔技术、钢护筒定位与跟进护壁技术、泥浆分离设备施工技术等8项技术,有效保障项目施工质量和施工工期,确保了操作人员作业施工安全。
The coastal depositional area is rich in water,the geological conditions are complex. During the construction of extra long pile foundation of super large bridge,it is necessary to solve the problems of drilling into the hole,judging the final hole condition,placing the overweight steel cage crane in place and installing the sleeve connection. Construction technical problems such as quality control of ultra-deep pipe lower material pile. Based on the research of super-long pile foundation construction technology of Xinjin River extra-large single-tower cable- stayed bridge in Shantou East Coast deposit area,the technology of fast hole-forming through soft base by punched rock-socketed pile,positioning of steel retaining tube and follow-up wall protection technology are put forward and implement. The construction technology of mud separation equipment and other 8 technologies can effectively ensure the construction quality and construction period of the project,and ensure the safety of the operation of the operator.
