摘要
锂离子电池具有高能量密度、循环寿命长等特点,使得锂离子电池在众多领域被广泛应用,锂离子电池的负极材料是影响电池性能的关键因素。文章通过一种方法,开拓性地将废弃物——熊猫粪便,作为原料制备三维多孔硅,从而制作了锂离子电池负极材料并加以电化学性能测试,该方法包括以下步骤:将熊猫粪便浸泡在盐酸溶液中清除金属离子杂质,用去离子水洗涤并干燥,在马弗炉中煅烧得洁白色的二氧化硅前驱体,然后将二氧化硅前驱体和氯化钠、镁粉进行充分研磨后放入管式炉中惰性气氛下反应,洗涤干燥后制得棕黄色的单质硅。该工艺实现了废物的回收利用,节能环保,成本低廉,实用性好。
Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in many fields because of their high energy density and long cycle life. The negative material of lithium-ion batteries is the key factor affecting the performance of batteries. My team pio. neered a method to prepare three-dimensional porous silicon from the waste panda dung as raw material, and then made a negative material for lithium-ion batteries. Also we test its electrochemical performance. The process realizes waste recycling, energy saving and environmental protection, low cost and good practicability.
