摘要
以贝诺酯的合成实验为例,介绍了ATR红外光谱分析在有机合成实验教学实践中的应用,学生通过该实验,学会了如何应用ATR红外光谱这一常规分析手段解决合成中实际遇到的问题,科研思维能力明显提高。同时,通过对滤液中原料的回收,节约了教学成本,培养学生养成良好的科研习惯和环保意识。
Takes the synthesis of benorilate as an example, this paper introduces the application of ATR-IR in the teaching practice of organic synthesis experiment, through this experiment, students have learned how to use ATR-IR as a conventional analytical method to solve the practical problems encountered in synthesis, and their scientific research thinking ability has been greatly improved. At the same time, through the recycling of raw materials in filtrate, the teaching cost is saved, and students are trained to form good scientific research habits and environmental awareness.
