摘要
针对安全壳设备闸门电动装置不同步造成的门板倾斜、卡阻问题,采用变频器和编码器配合使用来实现电动装置的同步控制。在改造过程中,除保留原有控制系统外,还增加了一套同步控制的闭环控制系统。改造实施完成后,设备闸门的运行平稳性得到了大幅提高,并能实时监测门的运行状态,增加保护功能,降低了卡阻风险。
To the inclination and obstruction of door panel caused by a synchronous of electric device for safety shell,the synchronous control of the electric device of the equipment gate was realized by the joint use of frequency converter and encoder. In addition to the original control system,a set of closed-loop control system with synchronous control was added. After the implementation of the optimization transformation,the stability of the equipment gate was greatly improved, and the operation state of the gate could be monitored in real time. The protection function was added,and the risk of blocking was reduced.
