摘要
现如今,我国公共卫生事业工作正在不断深化的过程当中,作为提供医疗服务载体的医院,也在改革方面进入到了关键时期。同时,人事档案管理工作是医院管理中的重要组成部分之一,都是员工在很长一段时间的工作当中逐渐建立起来的,可以有效地将员工的工作情况真实快速地反映出来,同时对医院的管理工作方面的决策也提供了十分重要的依据。尤其是现阶段,想要高效地推动医院的健康发展,需要全面做好医院人事档案管理方面的工作。
Nowadays,the work of public health in our country is constantly deepening.As a hospital providing medical service,it has entered a critical period of reform,and the personnel management of personnel is also an important part of hospital management.One of them is that the employees are gradually established during a long period of work,which can effectively reflect the employee’s work situation,and also provide decisions on the management of the hospital.A very important basis,especially in the current stage,in order to promote the healthy development of hospitals efficiently,it is necessary to do a good job in the management of hospital personnel files.
