摘要
道德构成是育人的基本前提。为了把育人放在人才培养的中心,培养出适应时代要求的大学生,教师不仅要有渊博的知识,更要有德行和责任心,不仅要"劝化、教导、解惑",更要注重教育,把德育放在首位,将德育融入到整个教育教学过程中,引导大学生更全面地发展。
Moral composition is the fundamental premise of education. To focus on education in talent cultivation and train college students for the requirements of the times, we teachers should not only have profound knowledge but also behave ourselves with virtue and responsibilities. We should not only "persuade, teach and explain", but also pay attention to education, put moral education in the first place, integrate moral education into the whole process of education and teaching, and guide college students to develop more comprehensively.
