摘要
当前企业专利、商标、商业秘密等知识产权面临严重的风险问题,将知识产权的保护作为企业发展的重点,努力规避企业在生产过程中存在的知识产权危机,把知识产权保护战略、保护制度与知识产权运营有机结合在一起,构建科学合理的知识产权风险防范体系,保护自身所有的智力成果,进而促进企业的健康发展。
At present, intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks and trade secrets of enterprises are facing serious risks. The protection of intellectual property rights is the focus of enterprise development, and efforts are made to circumvent the intellectual property crisis in the production development of enterprises, and to protect intellectual property protection strategies and protection systems. The intellectual property operations are organically combined to build a scientific and rational intellectual property risk prevention system to protect all intellectual achievements and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
