摘要
分析目前我国工程计价模式的现状及存在的问题,介绍全费用综合单价法的各方面优势,论证工程计价实行全费用综合单价法计价程序简单、操作性强、满足市场需求、符合市场定价原则和更有利于工程造价的合理确定及有效控制。最后阐述目前实行该模式需要研究解决的难点,并提出相应的应对措施。
This paper analyzes the current situation of construction estimating model in China,and the existing problems. Introduces the advantages of the total cost unit price method,demonstrates the advantages of simple procedure,strong maneuverability,satisfying the market demand and conforming to the market pricing principle,more conducive to the reasonable determination of project cost and effective control. Finally,expounds the problems and difficulties of the implementation of this method,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
