摘要
桥头堡的平潭赶上了海西建设战略机遇期,但拆迁安置与规划建设并举不可偏废,其针对平潭综合实验区的保障性住房规划设计的相关问题也一并提上议程。研究从平潭综合实验区安置区规划建设的独特岛屿特点出发,以规划选址、设计策略、空间环境塑造、配套设施分析等方面展开分析。分析结果认为:该安置区结构布局宜用"点线面三位一体"类型,景观视廊应注意层次感和独特感,安置区规划布局应注意避让风口,户型组织和设施配置须考虑"以人为本"理念,统筹不同住民不同需求等,增强社区住民融入感和归属感。
Pingtan of Qiaotoubao has caught up with the strategic opportunity period of Haixi construction.However,demolition,resettlement and planning and construction can not be neglected.The related issues of planning and design of affordable housing in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone are also put on the agenda.Starting from the unique island characteristics of the resettlement area planning and construction in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone,this paper makes an analysis in the aspects of site selection,design strategy,space environment shaping and supporting facilities analysis.The analysis results show that the structure layout of the resettlement area should use the "point,line and surface trinity" type,the landscape gallery should pay attention to the sense of hierarchy and uniqueness,the planning and layout of the resettlement area should pay attention to the escape vents,the household organization and facilities allocation should consider the "people-oriented" concept,and coordinate the different needs of different residents,so as to enhance the community residents'sense of integration and belonging.
