赤泥堆场降雨淋洗水处理的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 赤泥堆场在降雨冲刷情况下,赤泥淋洗水悬浮物较高,且色度较大,呈赤色,不能满足外排要求。目前国内氧化铝厂赤泥堆场均采用回水池收集再返回厂区二次使用,但随着产能增大带来的堆场面积变大,相应的大雨或暴雨时库内淋洗水过多将不能及时被消化掉,面临溢出收集池造成环境污染的危险。本文针对赤泥淋洗水的悬浮物高,色度大的特点进行了实验室实验,提出采用一定配比絮凝剂进行絮凝和去色的实验研究,处理后的淋洗水满足外排的要求,缓解在大雨或暴雨时淋洗水不能被消化及可能带来的环保压力。 In the case of rainfall scouring,the red mud washing water has higher suspended solids and a higher chroma,which is red in color and cannot meet the requirements of discharge.At present,the washing water of red mud yards of domestic alumina plants is collected in the backwater pool and returned to the plant for secondary use.However,as the production area increases,the area of the yard becomes larger,and the corresponding heavy rain or rainstorm will cause excessive washing water,and it cannot be treated in time facing the danger of environmental pollution caused by overflowing the collection pool.In this paper,laboratory experiments were carried out on the characteristics of high suspended solids and chromaticity of red mud washing water.The experimental study on flocculation and decolorization with a certain proportion of flocculant was proposed.The treated leaching water meets the requirements alleviating the environmental stress of washing water that cannot be treated during heavy rain or rainstorm.
