摘要
以湖北华电襄阳发电有限公司为例,在生物质气化耦合燃煤机组发电系统上进行定负荷和定煤量试验。研究发现:生物质气化系统中产生合成气中气体成分稳定,可燃气体质量分数在30%左右,其中CH_4,H_2的质量分数稳定在5%以上,CO的质量分数稳定在18%左右。在试验中,燃煤机组消纳了合成气入炉对燃煤机组烟气中污染物SO_2和NO_x的影响。当合成气入炉后,烟气中污染物SO_2的质量浓度在35 mg/m^3以下,NO_x的质量浓度在40 mg/m^3以下,均达到了超净排放标准。合成气入炉对燃煤机组的燃烧有增强作用,生物质合成气通过燃煤机组高效发电,并有降低燃煤机组煤耗的作用。
Taking Huadian Hubei Power Generation Company Limited as an example,the constant load and coal consumption tests on biomass gasification coupled coal-fired unit power generation system are carried out.It is found out that the gas composition of biomass gasification syngas is stable,combustible gas mass fraction is around 30%,the mass fractions of CH4 and H2 are steady at 5%,and mass fraction of CO is about 18%.In the test,coal-fired units have absorbed the influence of syngas on the pollutants,SO2 and NOx ,in the flue gas.When syngas enters the furnace,the mass concentration of SO2 and NOx are below 35 mg/m^3 and 40 mg/m^3 respectively,which satisfies the ultra clean emission standard.The biomass gasification syngas has an enhancing effect on the combustion of the coal-fired power plant.The biomass gasification syngas generates power efficiently through the coal-fired unit,which can reduce the coal consumption of coal-fired power plant.
