摘要
化工工程项目与其他工程项目不同,带有其自身特点,这也对相关管理工作提出了高要求。基于此,就分别对化工工程项目管理方法、化工工程项目进度控制策略展开分析,通过实例予以论证。
different from other engineering projects, chemical engineering projects have their own characteristics, which also puts forward high requirements for related management work.Based on this, the paper analyzes the chemical engineering project management method and the chemical engineering project schedule control strategy respectively,which are demonstrated by examples.
