摘要
关于疾病史研究,学界多侧重从社会史角度出发,缺乏从地方文化视角的研究。本文以余江血防为研究个案,对血防背景下余江地方文化变迁进行细致分析。横向看,在国家强大政治力推进的血防下,余江地方文化发生了"病态文化"、"激情文化"、"血防文化"三个阶段的演变,这是一个曲折发展、相互交织的过程,是文化的新陈代谢、推陈出新的过程。纵向看,余江地方文化变迁反映出了国家与地方关系的新变化:即民国时地方治理能力弱化与国家权力缺失,到建国初国家权力在地方的全面下移与强化,再到改革开放后,地方元素又重新凸显。
As for the study of disease history,the academic circle mostly focuses on the social history,and lacks the research from the perspective of local culture.In this paper,prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Yujiang County as a case study,a detailed analysis of the change of local culture under the background of schistosomiasis control in Yujiang.Advance in the national strong political force in Yujiang,the local culture of "morbid culture" and "culture of passion" and "schistosomiasis prevention culture" three stages of evolution,this process is intertwined a tortuous development,the cultural innovation process,The new supersedes the old.The change of local culture in Yujiang reflects the change of the relationship between the state and the local.That is when the Republic of China Local Governance in the country,lack of power,to the beginning of the founding of the state power down in place and strengthening the comprehensive,to after the reform and opening up,the state power in the place of retreat and recovery,again highlighting local elements.
