摘要
高职院校图书馆的志愿者因其工作性质的公益性、无偿性和有选择性已在学校与社会中产生了广泛影响。如何强化管理的科学性,发挥其应有作用,十分重要。为此,文章从图书馆志愿者的招募、培训、考核、激励等方面做了深入调研,提出加大宣传力度、明确遴选规则,注重岗前培训、创新多元形式,健全考核机制、重视反馈环节,强化激励动力、丰满奖励内容等措施,以期实现优化管理。参考文献3。
At present,the volunteers have become an important group of vocational colleges libraries management. Volunteer management optimization is to promote the development of vocational colleges libraries and the students' education. Therefore,the research explores vocational colleges libraries volunteer management mechanism,enriches the research achievements of vocational education and library management. At the same time,the research can provide theoretical practice for volunteer management practice.
