摘要
基于浙江省省级公立医院近年财务运行数据,从均次费用和服务人次对医疗收入增长的影响程度,以及医疗服务收入、检查检验收入、药品收入占医疗收入比重结构变动程度两方面,评价综合医改给医院运营带来的影响。
This paper evaluated the impacts of medical reform on hospital operations based on the financial operation data of provincial public hospitals in Zhejiang Province in recent years from two perspectives:the impacts of average fee and service count on medical income growth and the changes of the proportion of medical service income,inspection income,and drug income on medical income.
