摘要
目的:分析64排螺旋CT进行糖尿病足血管造影(CTA)的应用效果。方法:我院42例确诊为糖尿病足病下肢血管病变患者在进行治疗前采用64排螺旋CT进行CTA检查,将检查结果作为治疗前的评估手段。结果:本研究42例患者中,优良图像30例,优良率71.43%;合格8例,合格率19.05%;不合格4例,不合格率9.52%。为此,64排螺旋CT平台进行糖尿病足CTA成功率为90.48%(成功率=优良率+合格率),失败4例,失败率为9.52%。结论:糖尿病足CTA检查可以作为糖病足治疗前评估的常规检查手段。
Objective: To analyze the effect of 64-slice spiral CT on diabetic foot angiography (CTA). Methods: A total of 42 patients with lower extremity vascular disease of diabetic foot were examined with 64-slice spiral CT before treatment, and the results were used as a means of evaluation before treatment. Results: There were 30 cases of excellent image, 71.43% of excellent image, 8 cases of qualified, 19.05% of qualified, 4 cases of unqualified, 9.52% of unqualified. Therefore, the success rate of 64-row spiral CT for diabetic foot CTA was 90.48%(success rate=good). There were 4 cases of failure, the failure rate was 9.52%. Conclusion: CTA examination of diabetic foot can be used as a routine method to evaluate diabetic foot before treatment.
