摘要
总结了一种新型研制的压水堆核电站核二级低压安注泵用机械密封的技术特点,从设计输入、条件分析、方案选型等方面进行了详细的介绍,并利用有限元分析对端面状态进行了分析与优化设计。研究表明,合理选型和设置密封参数,可以实现在该泵的各类事故特殊工况下执行预期功能。
The technical features of a newly developed mechanical seal for low head safe injection pump of PWR nuclear power plant was summarized,the design input,condition analysis,scheme selection and other aspects in detail were introduced,and analysis and optimization design of the end face state was conducted by finite element method. The research results show that the intended function under various special accident conditions of the pump can be achieved by reasonable type selection and setting of seal parameters.
