摘要
目的观察补肾通痹汤联合针刺背俞穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法将80例LDH患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组40例予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗;治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加补肾通痹汤联合针刺背俞穴治疗。2组均治疗3周。比较2组治疗前后日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分变化;比较2组治疗前后血清白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6水平变化;比较2组疗效。结果 2组治疗后JOA下腰痛评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高更明显。2组治疗后血清IL-1β、IL-6水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率72.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾通痹汤联合针刺背俞穴治疗LDH,能明显改善临床症状和体征,增强临床疗效,并能有效降低IL-1β、IL-6水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods 80 LDH patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. 40 cases in control group were treated by diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsules. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture at back-shu points on the basis of the control group. The changes of JOA low back pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Both group were reated for 3 weeks.The changes of serum interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-6 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The curative efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the JOA low back pain scores of both groups were higher than those in the group before treatment ( P <0.05), and the increase of treatment group was more obvious. The serum levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment ( P <0.05), and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious ( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Bushen Tongbi decoction combined with acupuncture at back-shu points can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs, enhance clinical efficacy, and effectively regulate the levels of IL-1β and IL-6.
