摘要
为推进水泥行业数字化智能矿山建设,提高矿山管理水平,围绕数字化智能矿山建设背景,重点论述了海螺集团全椒数字化智能矿山的总体建设方案、建设内容、建设效果。该矿山建设了矿山数据中心,数字采矿软件平台、生产执行系统平台和三维可视化管控平台,形成了"一个中心+三大平台"的完整数字化智能矿山建设协同平台,可大幅度提高管理水平、提升生产效率、降低企业运营成本,可为类似矿山企业数字化智能矿山建设提供参考。
In order to promote the construction of digital intelligent mine in cement industry and improve the level of mine management,this paper focuses on the background of digital intelligent Mine Construction,discusses the overall project of the construction of the Quanjiao Digital Intelligent mine of CONCH Group,constructs the content,the construction effect and the strategy analysis,completes the mine data center,digital mining software platform,production execution system platform and three-dimensional visual control platform,the formation of "a center+three platform" of the complete digital intelligent mine construction collaborative platform can greatly improve the management level,improve production efficiency,and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.Meanwhile,it provides reference for the construction of digital intelligent mine in other mine enterprises.
