摘要
20世纪90年代以来,全球经济再次走向一体化,但国际发展失衡问题却越来越严重,西方主导的国际经济旧秩序已严重阻碍全球化的发展。本文通过重新深入认识经济全球化的本质,揭示不合理的国际分工带来的负面影响,在制度分析的基础上,剖析发展中国家落后的历史根源,认为通过建立全球化的制度安排进行"全球治理",以全球经济的稳定增长为目标,在全球范围建立合理的国际经济协调机制,才能推进经济全球化的自主有序进行。
Since the 1990s, the global economy has once again moved toward integration, with which the international development imbalance has been worsened. The traditional international economic order dominated by the West has seriously hindered the development of globalization. The paper re-examines the essence of economic globalization, reveals the negative influence exerted by the irrational international division of labor and analyzes the historical roots for the backward development of the developing countries in the institutional perspective. The conclusion is achieved that, in order to promote the independent and orderly development of the economic globalization, it is a necessity to establish a system of globalization to achieve the “global governance” and build a rational international economic coordination mechanism on a global scale aiming at the stable global economic growth.
