基于LabVIEW多轴传动故障诊断系统设计

摘要 由于机械设备运转过程中振动产生的噪声蕴含着丰富的设备状态信息,故这些声信号可用来进行机械设备的状态监测和故障诊断。以行星齿轮箱为研究对象,开展了基于声压信号的多轴传动故障诊断系统的开发研究,并基于LabVIEW设计开发了一套集数据采集和数据分析于一体的故障诊断系统。该系统能够实时显示状态信息,并可以采集任意长度或时间的数据,能够完成时域分析和幅值谱、功率谱、包络等频域分析。最后利用DOA估计算法分析了齿轮箱表面的声源分布强度,并得出诊断结果。 Aiming at the noise generated by vibration during the operation of machinery, it analyzes the noise which contains a wealth of equipment status, and monitors the status of mechanical equipment and fault diagnosis. Taking the planetary gearbox as the research object, it develops the multi-axis transmission fault diagnosis system based on sound pressure signals. Based on LabVIEW, it designs a set of fault diagnosis system integrating data acquisition and data analysis. State information can be displayed, and data of any length or time can be collected. Frequency domain analysis such as time domain analysis, amplitude spectrum, power spectrum, and envelope can be performed. DOA estimation algorithm is used to analyze the sound intensity distribution of the surface of the gear box.
