摘要
目的:通过对某院10年间因损伤与中毒外因住院的病例资料进行分析,了解变化趋势、致伤主要原因的构成及影响,为防控因外因造成对健康的影响提供参考依据。方法:以ICD-10编码为S00-T98为主要诊断的住院病例为研究对象,对10年间编码范围内的住院人数、结构特征及外伤原因进行描述性统计分析。结果:10年间共有出院病例319 282例,其中意外致伤136 759例,占研究对象总数的95.7%,且呈逐年上升趋势,男女性比例为2.10︰1;意外原因主要为跌倒、暴露于无生命机械性力量下、运输事故、操劳过度;意外致伤主要集中于15～44岁的青壮年。结论:加强对意外事故的健康宣传教育,提高公众对意外的认识;加强安全生产教育,提高员工素质和技能;加强交通法律法规的宣传教育,提高人们的交通安全意识;加强卫生医疗队伍的建设,提高队伍的预防、急救抢救水平,使得救护对象得到及时有效的救治,降低因意外而受伤和死亡人数。
Objective:To analyze the data of inpatients with injury and poisoning in a hospital during the past 10 years,to understand the changing trend,the composition and influence of the main causes of injury,and to provide reference for prevention and control of the impact of external causes on health.Method:ICD-10 coded S00-T98 was used as the main diagnostic case.The number of hospitalized patients,structural characteristics and causes of trauma were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis.Result:There were 319 282 discharged cases in the past 10 years,of which 136 759 were accidental injuries,accounting for 95.7% of the total number of subjects,and the proportion of male to female was 2.10︰1.The main causes of accidents are falls,exposure to inanimate mechanical forces,transportation accidents and overwork.Accidental injuries mainly occurred in young adults aged 15 to 44.Conclusion:Strengthen the health propaganda and education of accidents,raise the public's awareness of accidents;strengthen the education of safety in production,improve the quality and skills of employees;strengthen the propaganda and education of traffic laws and regulations,improve people’s awareness of traffic safety;strengthen the construction of health care team,improve the level of prevention and first aid rescue team,so that the rescue object can be timely and effective treatment,reduce the number of injuries and deaths caused by accidents.
