摘要
利用2014年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,实证分析了女性性别角色观念对其收入的影响,并检验家务劳动时间在其中的中介效应。结果显示,现代性别角色观念有助于减少女性家务劳动时间,让女性有更多的时间与精力进入劳动力市场,或投入工作中,有助于提高女性收入。
This paper analyses the influence of women’s gender role concept on their income empirically,and examine the mediation effect of housework time by using data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2014. The results show that modern gender role concept helps to reduce women’s housework time and give women more time and energy to enter the labor market or engage themselves into work,which helps to improve women’s income.
