摘要 瓦斯抽放是杜绝瓦斯事故,保证煤矿安全生产,减少矿井和采区瓦斯涌出量的重要手段。为此,根据附近矿井经验和本矿井掘进时实测数据,设计确定了本煤层瓦斯抽放浓度;在明确回采工作面布置预抽瓦斯钻孔数量的基础上,通过计算得出每吨煤炭的钻孔量,分析了钻孔工艺的细节,介绍了钻机及附属设备和封孔方式、材料等设备,对比分析了双巷交替掘进抽采、顺层水平长钻孔抽采和巷道外掘钻场抽采3种回采及掘进工作面预抽瓦斯方式的优缺点。分析证明,设计决定的煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯抽放钻孔布置及抽放工艺,是矿井建井期间施工单位使用的瓦斯预抽工艺,施工过程中采用这项工艺后,可在一定程度上保障施工生产安全。 Gas drainage is an important means to eliminate gas accidents,ensure safety production of coal mines,and reduce gas emission in mines. Based on the experience of nearby mines and the measured data of mine tunneling,the gas drainage concentration of the coal seam was designed,the layout of gas pre-drainage boreholes in the mining face was defined,the drilling rig and auxiliary equipment,sealing methods and materials were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of three gas drainage methods,such as alternative double-lane driving,horizontal long-hole along the seam and drilling field for heading face,were compared and analyzed. Practice shows that the layout and drainage technology of gas drainage boreholes in coal tunneling face during mine construction can guarantee the safety of coal mine production to a certain extent.
