摘要
煤矿工作面内部的隐伏构造是影响安全生产的重要隐患,也是难以查明的技术难题。矿用钻孔测井分析仪是一种专门为井下钻探研制的钻孔综合测井装置,它能在煤矿井下一次快速完成视频、自然伽马、轨迹(方位角、倾角)数据采集的工作,地面处理软件可进行高效的数据处理,自动导出钻孔轨迹平面图、钻孔轨迹剖面图、视频岩心图等成果,很好地解决了钻探成果的分析难题。柴家沟煤矿采用井下钻探与矿用钻孔测井分析技术,对42224回采工作面槽波地震勘探异常区的煤层赋存情况、已经揭露的断层关系进行分析研究。基本查明、评估了工作面内隐伏构造情况,为矿井安全生产提供有力的技术支撑,验证了该技术在工作面隐伏构造探测应用中的高效与实用性。
Hidden structure in coal mine working face is an important hidden danger affecting safety production,and it is also a difficult technical problem to identify. Mine borehole logging analyzer is a comprehensive borehole logging device for underground drilling,which can quickly complete the work of video,natural gamma ray,trajectory data acquisition in underground coal mine at one time. Ground processing software can process data efficiently,and automatically derive the results of borehole trajectory plane map,borehole trajectory profile map and video core map,etc. By using underground drilling and mine borehole logging technology,the occurrence of coal seams and faults in No.42224 mining face of Chaijiagou Coal Mine determined by trench wave seismic exploration was analyzed,the concealed structure of the working face was basically identified,and the high efficiency and practicability of the technology in detecting concealed structure were verified,which provides a strong technical support for mine safety production.
