弱粘结厚煤层综放开采及矿压显现特征研究

摘要 针对淮矿西部公司唐家会煤矿6#煤的F61103工作面工程地质及技术条件,对弱粘结复合顶板巨厚煤层综放面合理的放煤工艺和放煤步距、放顶煤开采工艺参数、弱粘结复合顶板矿压宏观显现特征及矿压控制技术措施等开展研究。分析了采放比、放煤步距、放煤方式、顶板岩性对控制顶煤损失的影响,得出了工作面在初采初放期间初次来压步距及周期来压步距,得到并分析了工作面液压支架受力分布图,直观地说明了支架受力与工作面顶板来压之间的相互关系。提出了提高支架初撑力、调整放煤工序、加强矿压监测、均衡放煤部位等矿压控制技术措施,为类似条件煤层安全开采提供借鉴。 Aiming at the engineering geological conditions of F61103 working face of No.6 coal seam in Tangjiahui Coal Mine,the mining technology and strata behavior characteristics of fully mechanized caving face with composite roof and huge thick seam were researched. By analyzing the influence of mining-caving ratio,caving step distance,caving mode and roof lithology on top-coal loss,the first weighting step and periodic weighting step were obtained,the stress distribution map of hydraulic support in the working face was drawn,and the technical measures of strata pressure control were put forward,which provide reference for safety production with similar mining conditions.
