电动汽车用圆柱三元锂电池性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 18650圆柱三元锂电池已广泛应用于电动汽车,由于长续航里程的需求21700圆柱三元锂电池成为现在的研究热点,高能量密度的三元锂电池是当前动力电池的发展方向。基于电动车的使用需求,文章对18650和21700圆柱三元锂电池进行能量密度、充放电效率、倍率充放电性能、高低温性能、存储性能、安全性等进行测试和研究,发现同一电池厂家的18650电池与21700电池性能表现一致,如倍率充电性能、倍率放电性能、高低温性能等,21700电池的能量密度、倍率放电性能、存储性能较优,认为21700电池更适用于电动汽车。 The 18650 cylindrical ternary lithium batteries have extensive used in electric vehicles.21700 cylindrical ternary lithium battery has become the research hotspot due to the demand of long vehicle driving rang.The high energy density ternary lithium battery is the development direction of current power batteries.The energy density,charge and discharge efficiency,charge and discharge rates performance,high and low temperature performance,storage performance and safety of the 18650 and 21700 cylindrical ternary lithium batteries was tested due to the need of electric vehicles.The 18650 battery and 21700 battery performance are consistent of same battery manufacturer's,such as charge rates performance,discharge rates performance,high and low temperature performance.The energy density,discharge rates performance and storage performance of the 21700 battery are superior.It is considered that the 21700 battery has a great advantage for electric vehicles.
