摘要
由中冶京诚湘潭分公司生产的MCC400A自卸卡车,从2013年7月份开始陆续组装,在江西德兴铜矿采矿场首次投入使用。针对自卸卡车举升系统常见故障进行深入的分析探究及处理,确保安全生产,提高作业效率,降低生产成本,延长其使用寿命,为提高矿山的运营效率和经济效益提供了技术保障。
The MCC 400A dump truck which was manufactured by MCC Jingchen Xiangtan Branch was initially assembled from July 2013 and first put into use in the mining field of Dexing Copper Mine in Jiangxi province. The common failure and treatment methods of lifting system of dump truck were elaborated. The treatment of failure can not only ensure the safety production, but also promote the operation efficiency, reduce production cost, prolong the service life. It can provide technical guarantee for increasing the operation efficiency and economic benefits.
