摘要
强化高职院校内部质量保证是当前高职教育发展的内在需要,高职院校内部管理模式与内部质量保证体系运行机制之间的适切性问题,成为高职教育教学质量提升的掣肘。在高职院校内部质量保证体系框架内,探索运用现代管理思维和管理工具,构建"管理质量"保证体系,实现全面协同的全要素的内部质量保证,提高高职院校的教育教学质量。
Strengthening the internal quality assurance of higher vocational colleges is the inherent need of the current development of higher vocational education.The imbalanced matching of the internal management mode and the operation mechanism of the internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges has become the obstacle to the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational education.Within the framework of the internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges,this study explores the use of modern management thought and tools to build a"management quality"assurance system so as to develop the internal quality assurance of all elements in comprehensive coordination.
