摘要
为进一步提升大学生自主锻炼能力,提高大学体育综合改革的有效性,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等科研方法,对齐齐哈尔大学大学体育课程教学改革满意度进行调研.结果表明,有92%的学生表示对课程改革满意,有31%的学生表示对课程改革十分满意,喜欢改革体育课的学生人数比例上涨到87%.说明齐齐哈尔大学的大学体育课改革成果得到了多数学生的认可,并潜移默化地开始增强学生参加体育锻炼的意识,"课内外一体化"的改革思路行之有效.提出了加强体育场地设施建设,加大体育课程资源的开发,构建新的体育教学质量评价体系,广泛宣传体育锻炼的重要性等有效对策.
In order to further promote college students exercise ability,in order to increase the effectiveness of college sports reform,using literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and other research methods,research on satisfaction of college sports curriculum teaching reform in Qiqihar University.The results showed that 92% of the students expressed satisfaction of curriculum reform,31% of the students very satisfied with the curriculum reform,the number of students like physical education reform ratio rose to 87%,which showed Qiqihar University college physical education reform achievements recognized by the majority of students,and exerts a beginning to affect the students take part in physical exercise consciousness,the reform of the integration of class inside and outside idea is effective. Put forward to strengthen the construction of sports facilities, sports curriculum resource development, build a new sports teaching quality evaluation system,widely publicized the importance of physical exercise and effective countermeasures.
