摘要
对于化工生产来说,因腐蚀而停车处理或更新设备的事例经常发生。在化工生产过程中,腐蚀性物料很多,有些物料的腐蚀性是如此严重,以至于采用比0Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti在还原介质中更具有耐蚀性的脱氧铜,同样存在严重腐蚀。工业纯钛的采用改善了一些设备的抗腐蚀性,但是,在特殊条件下,也存在腐蚀。根据接触物料的腐蚀性,化工生产装置所使用的材料有碳钢、奥氏体不锈钢、马氏体不锈钢、工业纯铝、工业纯钛,不同材质面临不同的腐蚀问题。文章对化工生产装置材质腐蚀问题进行了探析。
In the case of chemical production,the case of parking or updating equipment due to corrosion often occurs.In the chemical production process,there are many corrosive materials,and the corrosiveness of some materials is so serious that the deoxidized copper which is more resistant to corrosion in the reducing medium than 0Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti also has severe corrosion.The use of industrial pure titanium improves the corrosion resistance of some equipment,but it also corrodes under special conditions.According to the contact of corrosive materials,and chemical production equipment used by material with carbon steel,austenitic stainless steel,martensite stainless steel,industrial pure aluminum, industrial pure titanium,different material different corrosion problems.The paper probes into the corrosion problem of material of chemical production equipment.
