摘要
阐述产后抑郁症、社区的概念,分析影响孕妇产后心理健康的因素,综述国内外产后抑郁症病人社区心理护理现状。指出与国外社区服务相比,国内仍有较大的差异。因此应借鉴国外心理卫生服务系统和医院衔接的模式,学习国外优秀的社区心理卫生服务模式,结合我国国情,制订出一套适合我国的社区心理卫生服务模式,以切实解决社区产妇产后的心理问题,提高其生活质量。
The concepts of postpartum depression and community were described.The factors affecting postpartum mental health of pregnant women were analyzed.The research status quo was reviewed on community psychological nursing for postpartum depression patients at home and abroad.It pointed out that there were still large differences in China compared with foreign community services.Therefore,the model of foreign mental health service system and hospital connection should be learned from and learn the excellent community mental health service model in foreign countries.A set of community mental health service models should be developed suitable for China to effectively solve the psychological problems of postpartum women in the community,and improve their quality of life.
