摘要
针对城市住宅区停车空间不足、停车难、交通阻塞等问题,提出一种垂直升降式立体车库改进设计方案,其具有对场地要求低,适应性强,配置灵活,成本低等优点。为提高车库的运行效率,减少顾客排队时间,然后运用排队理论对车库的存取策略进行研究,定义车库进行相同次数存取车操作的总时间为目标函数,并建立存车优先、取车优先、原地待命和交叉策略相对应的数学模型。最后运用MATLAB对存车高峰、取车高峰、存取车相当三个时段不同存取策略的存取车时间进行仿真计算,并对仿真结果进行分析,选择适合该车库的存取策略。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient parking space, parking difficulty and traffic congestion in urban residential areas, an improved design scheme of vertical lifting stereo garage was proposed, which had the advantages of low requirements on site, strong adaptability, flexible configuration and low cost. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the garage and reduce the queue time of customers, then I used the queuing theory to study the access strategy of the garage, defining the total time of the garage to perform the same number of access operations as the objective function. I established four mathematical models that correspond to the priority of the car, the priority of picking up the car, the standby on-site, and the crossover strategy. MATLAB was used to simulate the access time of different access strategies for the peak of the car, the peak of the car, and the access vehicle. The simulation results were analyzed and the access strategy suitable for the garage was selected.
