摘要
目的:观察肺功能康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的预防效果。方法:选取70例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用肺功能康复训练。比较两组肺炎发生率以及肺功能和生命质量的改善情况。结果:观察组患者的肺功能弱于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺炎发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,两组生活能力评分均高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺功能康复训练能够显著提高患者的肺功能和生命质量,但对肺炎发生率无明显影响。
Objective: To observe preventive effects of pulmonary function rehabilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 70 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected as the study subjects.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35).The control group was treated with routine care,while the observation group was given the pulmonary function rehabilitation training based on that of the control group.The incidence of pneumonia and the improvements in lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results: The pulmonary function of the observation group was weaker than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of pneumonia was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After the training,the scores of quality of life of the two groups were higher than those before the training,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Pulmonary function rehabilitation training can significantly improve the lung function and quality of life of the patients;however,it has no effects on the incidence of pneumonia.
