摘要
通过对某含硫天然气井站污水池在气井复产初期发生闪爆事故的说明,根据污水池发生闪爆的三个必要条件:可燃物质、助燃物质(空气)、点火源的形成过程,并结合污水池新建呼吸管道的设计缺陷及气井复产阶段的运行管理缺陷,对该事故的原因进行了全面分析。同时,从开展隐患排查与整改、强化风险辨识、细化落实安全管控措施等方面,提出了针对性较强的措施建议,对避免同类事故的发生具有积极的参考意义。
In this paper,a comprehensive accident cause analysis was carried out based on the description of the flash-explosion accident happened in a sulfur-containing natural gas well station sewage pool during the initial phase of gas well recovery.The formation process of combustible material,combustible material (air) and ignition source,combined with the design defect of the new breathing pipe and the operational management defect were included in the analysis.In the meantime,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to the aspects of carrying out potential danger investigation and rectification,strengthening risk identification,and elaborating the implementation of safety control measures,which had positive reference to avoid the occurrence of similar accidents.
