摘要
北京二号是我国民用商业遥感卫星星座,其全色影像分辨率为1 m。通过实验对北京二号单景的全色遥感影像进行不同精度评价方法进行精度分析。分别用中误差评定和CE90指标来做精度评价,并尝试着两者结合来获得更合适,更精确的精度评价方法。本实验的北京二号卫星16景实验数据区域均分布我国的不同地区,且每景平均选取24个左右的点。本实验是在RPC有理函数模型下进行的,由物方坐标反算的像点坐标与人工量测的像点坐标做差值,统计并做误差分析。实验数据表明,北京二号单景数据点平面精度(无控)优于35个像元。而在圆概率误差做评定时,像方误差值得CE90(无控)为33.63个像元。
Beijing No.2 is a national commercial remote sensing satellite constellation with a full-color image resolution of 1 m.The accuracy analysis of the full-color remote sensing image of Beijing No.2 single scene is carried out by experiments.The medium error evaluation method and the CE90 index are used to evaluate the accuracy,and the combination of the two is tried to obtain a more appropriate and accurate accuracy evaluation method.The 16-story experimental data area of the Beijing No.2 satellite in this experiment is distributed in different regions of China,and an average of 24 points are selected for each scene.This experiment is carried out under the RPC rational function model.The image point coordinates inversely calculated from the object side coordinates are compared with the artificially measured image point coordinates,and the error is analyzed.The experimental data shows that in the application of the error assessment method,the medium error is about 5 pixels,and the plane accuracy (no control) of Beijing No.2 single scene data point is better than 35 pixels.When the circular probability error is evaluated,the image side error is worth the CE90 index (no control) is 33.63 pixels.The error probability of the circle is evaluated by the error value in each scene.The CE90 indicator of the medium error value is 7.422 pixels.
