摘要
近年来,“一带一路”倡议受到越来越多国家的认可与欢迎,为中国企业“走出去”提供了更多的机会。与此同时,我国企业海外投资面临的风险也呈复杂态势。本文结合成都兴城投资集团有限公司(以下简称“成都兴城集团”)“走出去”实践,分析“走出去”面临的主要风险,分享风险防范实践经验,为中国企业“走出去”提供有益借鉴。
