摘要
目的探析银杏叶提取物治疗挫伤性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法 78例挫伤性视网膜病变患者,运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者采用能量合剂、激素等治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、患眼视力及眼底改变情况进行比较分析。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.87%,明显高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的患眼视力(1.15±0.16)°高于对照组的(0.61±0.08)°,眼底改变率20.51%低于对照组的46.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在挫伤性视网膜病变的临床治疗上采用银杏叶提取物治疗可获得较好的疗效,可以有效改善患眼的视力和眼底情况,故值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo biloba extract on the treatment of contusive retinopathy. Methods A total of 78 contusive retinopathy patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with energy mixture and hormones, and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection on the basis of the control group. Comparison and analysis were made on clinical treatment effect, visual acuity and fundus changes in affected eyes between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had total treatment effective rate as 94.87% than 79.49% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had higher visual acuity of involved eyes as(1.15±0.16) ° than(0.61±0.08) ° in the control group, and lower fundus changes rate as 20.51% than46.15% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of contusive retinopathy, Ginkgo biloba extract can obtain better curative effect, and it can effectively improve the visual acuity and fundus of the affected eyes. So it is worthy of further promotion and application.
