摘要
随着国家基础电信业的普及发展,江汉油田通信专网基础电信业务越来越萎缩,油田原通信公司必须转型发展,突出专业特色,为油气田生产信息化服务。分析原通信公司在页岩气田SCADA(数据采集与监视控制)系统代维工作的特点,总结以往的具体做法和取得的成效,面对存在的问题,在代维服务项目实施过程中应强化制度建设、强化员工培训、强化绩效考核、开拓市场创新创效、做好预(结)算管理。
With wide development of national fundamental telecommunications industry,the basic special network of communications in Jianghan Oilfield is getting shrinking.It forces the original oilfield communication company to implement transformation development to highlight its special features for serving oil and gas production information system.Based on analysis of the original communication company's SCADA system commission maintenance service features in shale gasfield and summary of past practice and achieved effects and open questions,this paper suggests that the company should enhance institutional improvement,strengthen its staff training and performance assessment,expand the market,enhance innovation and efficiency and do well budget management.
