射孔下泵防喷一体化管柱的应用探讨

摘要 射孔下泵防喷一体化试油工艺技术即射孔与下泵生产及防喷一次性完成的工艺,该工艺采用一趟管柱完成射孔和抽油生产,不但能减少作业工序和投产时间,节省施工成本,也可以避免压井液对油层的伤害。江汉油田结合自身试油现状和油层特点,通过反复实践,最终采用优化射孔枪与抽汲泵之间的距离,以及用杆式泵替代管式泵等方法完善了射孔下泵防喷一体化管柱技术,为后续应用该技术提供参考。 Perforation-pump in-blowout control-integrated oil testing technology is one that can complete perforation,pump in and blowout control by one time.It uses one-trip string to complete perforation and pumping production,not only reducing operation process and production time and saving operation cost,but also preventing oil reservoir from damage by kill fluid.Combining Jianghan Oilfield oil testing condition and reservoir features and through repeated practice,several methods are adopted to improve perforation-pump in-blowout control-integrated string technology,for example,optimizing the distance between perforation gun and draw-off pump and replacing tubing pump by rod pump.
