摘要
目的:设计一种拼插式小腿髓内钉手术支架,以有效辅助骨科医生完成胫骨髓内钉手术。方法:该拼插式小腿手术支架由三角形支架和倒梯形支架组成,均采用宽度200 mm的医用高分子聚乙烯板制作。三角型支架既可单独使用,又可与倒梯形支架拼插后使用。二者拼插连接方式采用类似乐高积木的穴柱连接。结果:该支架既方便患肢C臂透视,又能为小腿胫骨髓内钉手术提供有效帮助。结论:该支架制作简便、成本低廉、效果可靠,可为基层医院开展下肢相关手术提供有效帮助。
Objective To design a splicing surgical support for lower leg fractures so as to facilitate the orthopedist during intramedullary nailing of the tibia.Methods The support consisted of a triangular support and an inverted trapezoidal support,which was made of 200 mm-width medical high-molecular polyethylene plate.The triangular support could not only be used independently,but also be spliced with the inverted trapezoidal support for combined application.The splicing mode was just like that of Lego blocks.Results The support facilitated intramedullary nailing besides C-arm fluoroscopy of the affected limb.Conclusion The support gains advantages in manufacturing,cost and efficiency,and thus is worthy promoting for lower limb surgery in the primary hospitals.
